Catering with Class
You name it, Cherry Creek catering can help!

The Cherry Creek Schools Food and Nutrition Services Catering Department can assist with food and beverage needs to complement any district function. Our goal is to provide quality food, which is uniquely merchandised and fits within budgetary constraints.

To place an order or request catering information, please call 720-886-7182 or click here to email the Catering Manager!

The following is presented as a guide for planning a variety of events - from beverages and light snacks to complete dinners and receptions. Following are some of the more popular orders requested within the district:

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST - includes breads such as cinnamon rolls, muffins, sweet breads, croissants, bagels, and Danish pastries, fruit tray and juices. Coffee and tea service available at an additional charge.

FULL BREAKFAST - ideas include stuffed French toast, quiche, pancakes and specialty egg dishes with accompaniments.

BUFFETS - make your own deli sandwich, salad bars, pasta bars, or baked potato bar.

SANDWICH AND SALAD BOX LUNCHES - pre-made for ease of service: Kaiser, croissant and foccacia sandwiches, wraps and specialty salads.

MID-DAY TREATS - cookies, brownies, fruit trays, cheese and crackers, vegetable trays, pretzels, popcorn, and trail mix.

These menu selections do not represent the full range of our offerings. Feel free to discuss your ideas to make the occasion more memorable.

Our catering department can provide food for district-related functions in business locations within the metro area. We are also able to offer our services to out-of-district groups (churches, scouts, etc.) when such functions are held in a district building. There may be limitations to menu choices depending upon the selected location and kitchen equipment available. Catering equipment and supplies are provided with food and beverage purchases and are not available for loan.

Two weeks’ notice is appreciated to initiate a routine order. When an order is placed, please provide an estimated number of people to expect. Guaranteed attendance must be provided by noon, one week prior to the function. Orders placed or changes made after this deadline may be subject to an additional charge. Full or partial charges may occur when an event is cancelled 24 hours or less prior to service. We are prepared to serve 5% more than the number of guaranteed guests except for pre-made plates or boxes where an exact count is made. Charges will be made for the number fed. If the actual number is less than the guaranteed number, 95% of the final count will be charged.

Large functions require more than three weeks notice for adequate planning and coordination. Confirmation of orders for large functions will be handled on an individual basis.

Orders are usually delivered and set-up approximately 15 minutes prior to serving time. A $20.00 minimum delivery charge or 15% (of total order), whichever is greater, will be added when delivering to a location other than scheduled school routes. Orders can always be picked up at the Student Nutrition Center to defer this cost.

Orders will be delivered at the proper hot or cold temperature. Once delivery has been made, the Food and Nutrition Services Catering Department is no longer liable for any food eaten at improper temperatures.

When placing an order, please provide the district budget number. The total will automatically be paid from that account. After the event, a copy of the bill will be sent for your records. If paying by cash or check, a billing invoice will either accompany the order or be sent through district mail. Return one copy with payment to the Student Nutrition Center and keep the second copy.

Food and Nutrition Services Catering Department is dedicated to serving tasty, nourishing meals, which are often prepared from "scratch" and are affordably priced. The revenue generated from our sales contributes to the economical price of meals served to our students.

The carbohydrate and fiber amounts are accurate to the best of our knowledge based on information we have received from the item's manufacturer. This list is meant to be a GUIDE to the grams of carbohydrates in our entrees and is not definitive. The Food and Nutrition Services Department is not responsible for any adverse medical events incurred as a result of using this guide. Many factors can affect the final carbohydrate content of the child's meal, including condiments, the actual serving size given to the child (this document assumes the serving sizes listed are what is being served; if the actual serving size is more or less than the one listed it would affect the carbohydrate content), other items taken along with the entree, and the amount of the item that is consumed. Please verify the menu items being served with the kitchen manager since the menu and the brand of product we use may change at any time without notice. If you have questions about a carbohydrate count, please call the Student Nutrition Center at 720-886-7173 and you will be connected with someone that can answer your question.
